GeoTime User Certification Exam

This certification class is for active law enforcement and military personnel who meet the minimum requirements. Only requests using official agency emails will be accepted. If you are unsure as to whether you meet the requirements for the examination, please contact us at training@geotime.com before registering for the exam. Requirements: - Learners must have successfully completed the Level 1 and Level 2 courses. - Learners must have used GeoTime in their own casework for at least one year after completing Level 1. Examination fee payable upon registration: $250 USD Description: By successfully passing the GeoTime User Certification Examination, you will earn a credential that demonstrates your expertise with analysis using GeoTime Desktop. The exam covers concepts for working efficiently and effectively with GeoTime throughout the analytical process. By becoming a Certified User, you will have proven your ability to use GeoTime for mapping, analysis, and reporting. The exam includes a two hour preparation session to review key concepts related to the exam. A certified GeoTime instructor will use case studies and past exams to check user understanding and GeoTime skills in preparation for the exam. After the preparation session, all learners are provided the exam materials. The exam is a case study evaluation. Learners will then have 24 hours to complete and submit the exam. The exam is an open-book, take-home format, and submissions are reviewed by our expert team on a pass/fail basis.
