Our popular Call Record Analysis Level 1 training course is jam-packed with actionable workflows and theory that you can apply immediately to your cases. Level 1 Online training is split into five modules. Once you complete all five modules, you will earn Level 1 Certification. April 19-22 | 13:00 - 15:00 ET Agenda: • Module 1: Intro to Cell Site Analysis, and Loading Data With Auto Detect (120 minutes) • Modules 2 and 3: Loading Data Manually and Visual Analysis Fundamentals (120 minutes) • Modules 4 and 5: Reporting, Animation, and Video Fundamentals (120 minutes) • Other Formats, Open Discussion (120 minutes) Please make sure you are available for all four days to complete the training. If you miss one or more modules, you will not receive a certificate.
